Pricing questions

Can I change plans later?

Yes — upgrade or downgrade any time from the billing page. We prorate the difference, so you only pay for what you used.

Is there a contract or cancellation fee?

No. Month-to-month or annual, cancel any time. Annual subscribers get the unused months refunded on a prorated basis.

What payment methods do you accept?

Card payments via Stripe (Visa, Mastercard, AmEx) and SEPA Direct Debit in the EU. Invoices on annual plans are available on request.

What happens if I exceed my plan limits?

We'll email you and you'll have a 14-day grace period to upgrade. We never auto-upgrade or surprise-charge you.

Do you take a cut of orders or reservations?

No. Zentable charges a flat monthly SaaS fee, never a per-order commission. Diner payments flow through your existing card terminal — we don't touch the money.

How much longer will you pay in commissions?

Sign up in 30 seconds. No credit card. No commission, ever. Start taking orders this afternoon.
