Terms of Service

1. What Zentable is
Zentable (operated by the Zentable team) provides software for restaurants to run a QR-based digital menu, ordering flow, and customer relationship management (“the Service”).
2. Who the parties are
“Restaurant” = the establishment that signs up and uses the Service to serve their diners. “Customer” or “Diner” = individuals who scan a QR code and interact with a Restaurant's menu. Zentable has a direct agreement only with the Restaurant.
3. What's included
Free tier: digital menu up to 40 items, unlimited tables, QR generation, per-seat ordering, kitchen view, basic order tracking, receipt delivery infrastructure.
Paid tiers (Pro, Business, Enterprise): additional features including loyalty, campaigns, analytics, custom branding, staff accounts, reservations, POS integrations, and more as listed on the pricing page.
4. Payments between diners and restaurants
Zentable does not process payments between diners and Restaurants. Diners pay the Restaurant directly via the Restaurant's own point-of-sale or card terminal. Zentable's only financial relationship is its SaaS subscription with the Restaurant.
5. Data protection (GDPR summary)
The Restaurant is the data controller for its diners' personal data. Zentable is the data processor. Zentable stores customer data on behalf of each Restaurant in strict isolation — one Restaurant cannot see another Restaurant's customers.
Diners can request access, rectification, or deletion of their data by contacting the Restaurant directly, or hello@zentable.app as a backup.
6. Acceptable use
Restaurants agree not to use the Service for illegal content, spam, or content that violates intellectual property. Zentable may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
7. Liability
Zentable is provided "as is" without warranty. Zentable's total liability is limited to fees paid by the Restaurant in the preceding 3 months.
